Shipping policy

We deliver commissioned work digitally. Nothing is shipped physically [unless your project document says otherwise].

• Timeframes are agreed in your project document and depend on how quickly feedback and approvals come back to us. We will tell you promptly if a date is at risk.
• Format. Final deliverables are supplied as [AI / EPS / SVG / layered PSD / PDF / PNG] files by [email / download link / shared drive], as set out in your project document.
• Release. Final files are sent once payment has been received in full.
• Retention. We keep project files for [12] months after completion. Please archive your own copies. Recovering or re-supplying files after that may be chargeable.
