Gong Zai
We give birth to brand characters that feel alive
Gong Zai — 公仔 — is the Cantonese word for a doll. The studio grew out of an archive of more than five hundred of them. We take them apart, study how they hold a face, and design new ones.
What we look for is the thing that makes a character feel alive rather than merely drawn: a posture, a weight, a small asymmetry that reads as a mood. That is what we build for businesses.
A character is not a mascot. A mascot waves. A character remembers.
